Established in 1991, Lactose India Limited is a young and innovative company specializing in the manufacturing of Excipients (Lactose / Colour Coatings), Lactulose, Solid Dosage Forms, Liquid Dosage Forms, at Vadodara, Gujarat. Lactose India Limited is a leader and pioneer in the manufacturing of Lactose Monohydrate IP/BP/EP/USP-NF Grades not only in India but in the Whole of Asia.

Lactose Manufacturing Capacity has reached to 10000 Mt / Annum with average capacity of 30 MT / Day.

Lactulose

Lactose India has again pioneered the manufacturing of Disaccharide Lactulose, a versatile bulk API. It is a one of a kind plant in the whole of Asia with a capacity to manufacture 2400 MT / Annum. Lactulose is used in the treatment of Constipation, Hepatitis, Encephalopathy, Intestinal Microflora, Dental Care, Diabetes, Chronic Liver Disease & as an effective Prebiotic.

Solid Dosage

We are an exclusive site for manufacturing Dry Granulated, Film and Lacquer coated Tablets for Sanofi India with over 15 years of experience. Our installed capacity is for 30.00 million tablets / Month which is currently wholly utilized. The Company is also engaged in uncoated and blister packed solid dose forms for Exports under NAFDAC approval and boasts a capacity of 20.00 million tablets / Month and growing.

Liquid Dosage

A State of the Art Liquid filling line with Health Canada approvals along with WHO – GMP approvals. A single – dose Pouch Filling Line has been added to meet customers’ requirements recently.
